Expected Dispatch and Delivery Times
Please allow 4-5 business days for orders to be processed after your order has been completed.
Our expected dispatch times may differ during busy holidays periods, we appreciate your patience with this. Our order normally gets delivered to your doorstep within 15 - 18 working days.
Order Cancellation
Customers seeking to cancel an order are required to do so within a maximum of 12 hours from the time of order placement. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the application of our partial refund policy.
a. Full Refund: If a customer cancels their order within the specified 12-hour window, a full refund will be granted.
b. Partial Refund: If a customer fails to cancel the order within 12 hours, they will be partial refunded of the total order value, where 10 percent of the order amount will be retained.
Returns/Exchange
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
